RIL

RIL · Radar de Instrumentación Logística

RIL · Logistics Instrumentation Radar is Sinergia’s solution for helping freight transport companies review how well they capture, preserve and use operating evidence. A short self-assessment organizes the starting point and prepares a conversation about traceability, operating obligations and priorities.

The problem

What is not recorded cannot be explained or managed.

Times, events and evidence in a logistics operation often sit across people, systems and documents. RIL makes that gap visible before deciding where to intervene, what to validate and which capability to strengthen.

Who it is for

For companies that need a more traceable reading of their operations.

Freight transport companies

To structure the conversation between operations, fleet, data and leadership before setting priorities.

Logistics and finance leaders

To distinguish a perception of loss from the operating evidence available to examine it.

Transformation and technology teams

To prioritize data capture, governance, analytics and adoption from an observable baseline.

What it organizes

Five outputs that move from intuition to a working route.

01

Instrumentation index

An explainable reading by dimension, weight and contribution to the index.

02

Time traceability

Questions that identify whether loading, unloading and waiting events are captured and reviewable.

03

Operating traffic light

An initial review of obligations and controls that should be validated with accountable teams.

04

Priorities

Three fronts ordered by gap and operational relevance, not by implementation convenience.

05

Strengthening route

A conversation about data, instruments, capabilities and possible financing routes for the case.

What it measures

Six dimensions, one integrated reading.

Data capture

It reviews whether the events that sustain operations are recorded in a usable form, with the detail and timeliness needed to turn them into an analytical source.

Operating compliance

It reviews whether controls, accountable owners and operating evidence exist and should be contrasted with the appropriate teams before a practice is scaled or a decision is made.

Evidence and traceability

It reviews whether operations can explain times, exceptions and decisions through records that make it possible to reconstruct what happened and why a specific action was taken.

Asset utilization

It reviews whether data can explain how the fleet is used, where unproductive time appears and which opportunities deserve a deeper review.

Data governance

It reviews whether information has accountable owners, access rules, defined treatment and clear conditions for preserving, reviewing and using it with judgment.

Analytics and AI capability

It reviews whether there is a baseline for assessing relevant analytical capabilities, without assuming that a tool on its own resolves the operating gap.

Regulatory frame

Regulation is a reference for review, not a commercial promise.

Decree 1017 of 2025 amended provisions of Decree 1079 of 2015 on motor freight transport. Among other aspects, article 15 addresses loading and unloading times and their recognition. RIL indicates which operating evidence may merit review; the interpretation applicable to each contractual relationship and obligation must be validated with legal counsel and competent authorities.

Responsible limits

RIL helps structure review; it does not replace necessary validation.

  • It is not legal advice and does not certify regulatory compliance.
  • It does not guarantee recoveries, savings or economic outcomes.
  • It does not replace operating data, contracts, supporting records or review by accountable parties.
  • An estimate can only be read alongside its formula, available data and stated assumptions.
  • The instrument requires the appropriate data policy, consents and legal review before it receives real diagnostics.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials before requesting access.

What is RIL?

A Sinergia logistics-diagnostic solution for reviewing instrumentation, traceability and priorities in freight operations.

How long does the self-assessment take?

The reference design proposes a short session of about nine minutes; the final duration depends on the enabled version and the case.

Does RIL calculate recoverable money?

It does not promise or certify recoverable values. It can structure a conversation about evidence and assumptions that must be reviewed with records and accountable teams.

Does RIL certify compliance?

No. It organizes an initial review and does not replace legal, regulatory, contractual or technical validation.

How does it start?

With an access or diagnostic request. Sinergia reviews the case, available evidence and enablement conditions before defining the next step.
